Your first lessonBasic testing of technique and fitness. Tested by dribbling, passing, and running tests.
Lesson 11+Training rhythm established and entering a more smooth flow of progression that begins to change by the week and you should begin to see a noticeable difference in games at your club/team.
Lesson 4-10Small but noticeable improvements in physical fitness, coordination, balance, explosiveness, and technical ball skills.
Lesson 2-3Benchmarks set, and introduction to training methodology and rhythm.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonBasic testing. Dribbling, passing, and fitness tests.
Lesson 11+Rhythm established, should be feeling the results in games and be more fit and technically sound on the ball at high speeds.
Lesson 4-10Push the limits of comfort, through technically rigorous, quick drills that challenge the feet and the mind to work in sync.

Youth players
Working with kidsFun. That’s the name of the game at this age. Kids want to play games, so I let them. So it’s games and fun first, to keep engagement high, but then small rules and subtle soccer skills mixed in so that a genuine love for the game is established early on in their memory.
Working with teenagersHighly dependent on the amount of drive and investment from the player. At this age, they know why they want. No matter what, it’s my job to push them out of comfort zones and into more challenging training environments they may not get elsewhere. Wherever they are “comfortable”, is exactly where I will target first, to break that boundary.

If you need to cancel your lesson, no worries! You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking. We want to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.
