In the first lesson, I focus on making the beginner feel comfortable and confident. We start with a short warm-up, then I evaluate their current level with basic drills (control, passing, movement, coordination). I explain the fundamentals step-by-step, keeping instructions simple and positive. The goal is to build a strong foundation, correct technique early, and make the session enjoyable so they stay motivated.
After lesson 11, training becomes more personalized based on the playerβs strengths and goals. Sessions include higher intensity drills, advanced technique, faster decision-making, and realistic match scenarios. We focus on consistency, confidence in competitive settings, and preparing the player for real games through repetition, feedback, and progression. The goal is long-term development, performance improvement, and building a complete player.
Between lessons 4β10, beginners start developing real skill and comfort with the ball. Training becomes more structured and intense, including dribbling under pressure, passing combinations, finishing basics, and small-sided game situations. We also work on fitness, agility, and basic tactical understanding (spacing, support, and awareness). By this stage, the player should feel faster, more coordinated, and more confident in game situations.
Lessons 2β3 are about building consistency. We repeat the basics to improve technique and confidence: ball control, passing, first touch, and movement. I introduce slightly more challenging drills and simple game-like exercises. We also begin working on basic decision-making and positioning. The focus is progress, repetition, and developing good habits.
