Your first lesson5-10 minutes
Quick introduction (coach + players)
• Explain session rules: effort, respect, listening
• Light jog + dynamic warm-up (high knees, skips, side steps)
Lesson 11+Short passing (inside foot)
• Focus on:
• Plant foot beside ball
• Ankle locked
• Accurate passes along ground
Progression:
• 2-touch passing
• Moving after pass
Lesson 4-10Basic dribbling skills ( 10-15 ) minutes
Dribble through cones (straight line → zig-zag)
• Use both feet (no dominance allowed)
• Introduce:
• Inside foot control
• Outside foot touches
• Stop & start
Progression: add time challenge or light pressure
Lesson 2-3Ball mastery warm-up (10-15 )
Every player with a ball
• Toe taps (30–60 sec)
• Foundations (inside foot touches)
• Pull-push (sole control)
• Dribble freely in space (head up when possible)
