Hi! My name is Liz, and I'm a multi-sport athlete with experience in dance, track and field, basketball, and soccer. I played four years of division II collegiate soccer and was recruited to play for the Chicago Stars in 2018. I continue to play recreational soccer in Chicago. I coached soccer during the summers of 2016-2018 at Camp Illahee and Camp High Rocks in North Carolina. My coaching approach is to inspire the player's individuality and support their love for the game.

## Reviews

> Liz helped me improve my spatial awareness in the midfield to receive passes and make runs. We worked on being open for the defenders, receiving the ball and turning, heading goal kicks, and assisting forwards. We worked on making outside runs and crossing the ball, as well. I’ve had different club coaches but Liz is my favorite because she made even the difficult exercises fun. I can’t wait to come back to Camp High Rocks next summer.

> Liz helped me practice goal scoring by planting my left foot and following through the ball with the right foot focusing on the inside/middle to maximize striking power. She’s the best soccer coach at Camp Illahee!

> I’m glad I signed up for soccer this summer because Liz helped me control the ball when I dribbled and pass the ball to open players. She’s so patient and encouraging. I hope she comes back to Illahee next summer.

> Liz was my coach for indoor soccer and she helped me practice controlled passes in confined spaces. She helped me with footwork and quick touches to score goals. I loved the games she came up with every practice.

> Liz is so fun! We played so many fun games and I looked forward to soccer after rest hour everyday because I knew she’d have something new to teach us.
