Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI want to get to know the player and their skill level. Simple evaluation throughout warmup and drills, overall getting to know their competencies and weaknesses. Discussing with player their personal training goals and what they are wanting to focus on.
Lesson 11+On a case-by-case basis, perfecting certain skills that need work as the player and coach see necessary.
Lesson 4-10Further development of skill, focusing on specific areas as the need arises. Pushing the player physically and mentally in training in order to improve overall.
Lesson 2-3Based on what I see from the first session and my discussion with the player, tailoring these next two sessions specifically to 1) a weakness I identified and 2) something the player wants to work on.
