➕I played on the Midway Women’s Soccer team I also have experience from club, recreation teams, and school teams. I have coached all ages from U4 teams through high school. I love coaching soccer and keeping active in this sport and would love to help your kids find a passion for this sport or just give them extra skills or practice time!

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIn the first lessons we will work on dribbling and passing, focusing on our feet coming in contact with the ball. Passing with a Purpose.
Lesson 11+We will dribble through the cones and incorporate all agility and footwork that we have worked on previously. Putting all of the pieces together.
Lesson 4-10We will move on to speed drills and work on our agility and slowly incorporate the ball into these drills.
Lesson 2-3We will begin movement with the ball dribbling farther distances and passing from farther distances as well. We will incorporate the cones at this stage.
Youth players
Working with kidsWith children I like to incorporate games into my drills to make it more engaging and enjoyable for younger ages.
Working with teenagersI have more contact drills to give them more confidence with advanced players especially going into high school or looking to play at the college level. We will work on speed and agility and do multiple drills to help with foot work.
What you need to bringStudents will need to bring shin guards, a ball of their size and cleats, I would advise to bring water but I will bring extra of course.
