Lesson 11+We are going to practice how to have a perfect control when the ball is coming from hard passes or from the air. Practice and be able to moves fast with and without the ball + dribbling. Finishing and defending practice plans depend of the position!⚡️
Lesson 4-10We are going to learn how to dribble properly and learn more complicated moves with and without the ball. The first touch with the ball will be really important and we are going to learn the first combination! Finishing and defending movements 💪🏽
Lesson 2-3Simple moves with the ball and beginning of first dribble right and left foot and first passes! Agility with and without the ball 🤩
