With over 18 years of experience playing soccer at both the competitive and collegiate level, I take pride in helping players grow confident in their soccer abilities. Specializing in outside back development, I focus on teaching athletes how to read the field from the back, create smart plays, strengthen defensive execution, and recognize attacking opportunities moving forward. Beginner training plan
Your first trainingMy first session will be a little different from the regular sessions. We will learn about each other, and my main focus is understanding what you want to accomplish and how I can help you achieve that. Then I will access where you are at skill wise and create an understanding regarding future sessions.
Training 2-3I will dive into your strengths and weaknesses these sessions during these sessions.
Training 4-10Execute on weaknesses, create smart ways to assess the field and increase confidence and performance.
Training 11+Create consistency in everyday plays to ensure you are polished in your role on the field.
Youth players
Working with kidsWhen working with kids my main goals is executing form, touch’s, passing and shooting. These fundamentals will help them improve doing practices and games.
Working with teenagersWhen working with teenagers, my main focus is executing their craft. By now they typically know their role/position so I focus on increasing their performance, and confidence on the field.
What you need to bringAs a student please bring your ball and water bottle.
What I can bringI will provide extra balls, cones and specific soccer equipment for drills we do.
