Beginner training plan
Your first trainingIn my first lesson, I will explain the big picture of what my student will learn and then listen to find out their current skills. I will start with a short speech showing them the exciting milestones we will hit from beginning to end. Next, I will ask them questions and watch them try a simple task so I can see exactly what they already know. This combination of sharing my roadmap and listening to their unique abilities on day one ensures I can train them perfectly in every lesson that follows.
Training 2-3In my second and third lessons, I will teach the first basic steps using the exact pace my student needs. In lesson two, I will explain the very first skill simply and let them practice it immediately to build their confidence. In lesson three, I will do a quick review of what we did, fix any mistakes, and then add the next small piece of the puzzle.
Training 4-10In my fourth lesson, I will let my student combine all their skills to complete their first solo project. I will do a very quick review, then step back and watch them use what they learned in lessons two and three on their own. This gives them a big sense of achievement and shows me they are ready for harder topics.
Training 11+From lesson eleven onward, I will teach advanced skills and guide my student through bigger, harder projects. I will stop doing step-by-step teaching and act more like a coach while they solve tough problems on their own. This helps them master the final milestones I promised in my first-day speech.
