Beginner training plan
Your first lesson1. Warm-Up (10 minutes)
2. Skill Focus #1: Dribbling (15 minutes)
3. Skill Focus #2: Passing (15 minutes)
4. Skill Focus #3: Shooting (10 minutes)
Lesson 11+As we train more and more I will work on more positioning play so whatever position you play we will focus more on the skills sets for that position
Lesson 4-10We still will work on these skills just basics but more intensity
Lesson 2-3We will continue to work on these skills just to sharpen up the basics
Youth players
Working with kidsI want to help little kids with the basics mainly I want them to have a foundation where then we can bulid up to more harder and advance work.
Working with teenagersFor teenagers I want to focus on more strength and conditioning work but also focus more on there positions skills and help them possibly get ready for the College level.
What you need to bringCleats and running shoes and bring water bottle and if they want to bring there own ball bag or extra equipment then can but won’t be necessary
What I can bringI will have cones and possibly a ladder to work on feet work and I will also have Soccer balls ready
