Coach Jackson is by far one of the best coaches I’ve had in my years of playing football, he’s straight forward, he doesn’t sugar coat things, he’ll tell you what you need work on and what you’re doing wrong. Me being a player under coach jackson has helped me improve a lot whether it was a position change or just telling me what I gotta do it improve, and not only does coach Jackson help me on the field but he helps me off the field with school or any problems of my own.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIntroduction to the sport. Getting use to simple movement with the ball.
Lesson 11+By lesson 11 we should see vast improvements in the basics and we start moving in to more challenging tasks.
Lesson 4-10Picking up the pace with our own ball movement, adding in simple footwork skills,
Lesson 2-3Expand on the simple movements with the ball. Add in juggling.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonFor advanced players day one we will work very difficult footwork drills to evaluate our understand of the basics, quick touches and fast ball movement will be a high emphasis.
Lesson 11+Live action game speed sessions. Challenge the player’s to continue to add something new to there game while focusing on maintaining high work rate,
Lesson 4-10Focus on 1-2 touch training, quick touches and very high intensity training.
Lesson 2-3We will build off the evaluation of the first session. Continue to emphasis quick touches and high intensity.
Youth players
Working with kidsSessions will be fun but impactful. Depending on level we will structure sessions to challenge players of all levels.
Working with teenagersWe will structure sessions so that they will challenge every skill level
