Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIntroduction to each other, the game, and ball control skills
Lesson 11+Increased play time with implementing the technical and tactics learned during the sessions.
Lesson 4-10Repetition of technical skills with an introduction to tactics of soccer.
Lesson 2-3Increased proficiency with ball control and increased understanding of the game
Advanced training plan
Youth players
Working with kidsWith younger ages we will focus on FUN interactive games that introduce ball control and body coordination to establish balance and creativity in the child's skills.
Working with teenagersWith teenagers I will adapt the training session to meet the players where they are at developmentally and continue to have FUN getting repetitions with and with out the ball. Players will learn more of the tactics of the game and how they can best use their skills to be successful in their games.
