Beginner training plan
Your first lessonMeet and greet find what the player wants to improve one
Lesson 11+After learning all skill moves and learning the fundamentals we go into structured work and cone drills
Lesson 4-10Each session will be presented a new skill move after completing their touches we go into the fundamentals
Lesson 2-3Build our session off of the meet and greet and go onto educating the player on foot skills

Lesson 11+We put in everything together into one
Lesson 4-10We work on footwork drills building into our technical work while we focus on our technique
Lesson 2-3After the meet and greet gives me time to build out our progression sessions from footwork to speed and agility
What you need to bringPlenty of water and proper equipment such as cleats. Shinguards are not required
