Combined I have over a decade of skills development and training that's based on proven training modalities. Training and skills development is not as simple as just practicing a skill over and over. There are phases and progressions through which your skills must go through to to become autonomous, which in turn helps facilitate better flow states. I can guide your development with flow being the ultimate goal.
