Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe introductory lesson will allow for the skill level, comfortability, and expectations of the player(s) to be assessed.
Lesson 2-3The next two sessions will be used to continue assessing player(s) for area(s) of improvement. The player(s) will learn new training activities, which demonstrate foundational skill moves and basic situational awareness.
Lesson 4-10Over the course of the next several sessions, the player(s) will be immersed in the major areas of soccer: attack, defense, transition, and finishing.
Lesson 11+The remaining sessions will be tailored to the specific player(s) wants and needs, based off the amount of improvement in skill, knowledge, and confidence shown.
Advanced training plan
