Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe introductory lesson will allow for the skill level, comfortability, and expectations of the player(s) to be assessed.
Lesson 11+The remaining sessions will be tailored to the specific player(s) wants and needs, based off the amount of improvement in skill, knowledge, and confidence shown.
Lesson 4-10Over the course of the next several sessions, the player(s) will be immersed in the major areas of soccer: attack, defense, transition, and finishing.
Lesson 2-3The next two sessions will be used to continue assessing player(s) for area(s) of improvement. The player(s) will learn new training activities, which demonstrate foundational skill moves and basic situational awareness.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonThe introductory lesson will allow for the skill level, comfortability, and expectations of the player(s) to be assessed.
Lesson 11+The remaining sessions will be tailored to the specific player(s) wants and needs, based off the amount of improvement in skill, knowledge, and confidence shown in the advanced training.
Lesson 4-10Over the course of the next several sessions, the player(s) will be immersed in higher level concepts and points-of-view in the major areas of soccer: attack, defense, transition, and finishing.
Lesson 2-3The next two sessions will be used to continue assessing player(s) for area(s) of improvement. The player(s) will learn challenging training activities to teach complex skill moves and build upon their basic situational awareness.
