Beginner training plan
Your first lesson
In the first session, I focus on understanding the player’s level, comfort with the ball, and overall coordination. We work on basic ball control, passing, and movement with fun, simple drills to build confidence and trust.
Lesson 11+At this stage, players can expect more personalized training based on their strengths and weaknesses. We’ll focus on polishing their technique, building game IQ, and increasing fitness, confidence, and consistency under pressure.
