Training 4-10We begin to add real game-like drills and activities to understand how you can utilize these drills on the field.

Advanced training plan
Your first trainingThe first session focuses on evaluating the player’s technical ability, movement patterns, and decision-making. Key areas include ball mastery, passing/receiving, finishing technique, and position-specific actions. From this session, I establish a personalized development plan with clear strengths, gaps, and performance goals.
Training 2-3Ball mastery and manipulation at varying speeds
First touch (ground, aerial, directional)
Passing mechanics and receiving under light pressure
Finishing fundamentals (both feet, different surfaces)
Training 4-10More game realistic scenarios:
1v1 attacking and defending principles
Combination play and quick passing sequences
Finishing under pressure and in transition moments
Position-specific scenarios (e.g., midfield line-breaking, defender distribution, winger isolation)
Conditioning integrated with technical work
