Beginner training plan
Your first lessonEvery training session is different because every player is different. Sessions are fully customized based on the player’s position, goals, and areas for improvement. The first session is always an evaluation—I take time to get to know the player, understand their position, and discuss what they want to improve. I then assess key aspects of their game such as technique, decision-making, movement, and mentality. From there, I create a specific lesson plan tailored to their needs and development goals. This plan is discussed with parents so everyone is aligned and working toward the same objective.
