Your first training sessionIntroduction between both coach and athlete. Doing an evaluation to see where the athlete is at and begin to create a plan.
Training Session 2-3If beginners, work on footwork and ball control.
Training Session 4-10Learning the basic roles of offensive and defensive positions. Work on shooting and increasing ball control / footwork.
Training Session 11+Focusing on position and game playing scenarios to improve game IQ and understanding game play and strategy as well as perfecting shooting and passing abilities

Your first training sessionIntroduction between both coach and athlete as well an evaluation of of drills to understand where the athlete is at.
Training Session 2-3Agility and footwork using ladder, ball control using both feet to help athlete improve their skill level and learn to properly header. Being able to shoot from different angles.
