The first session is an evaluation, not a random workout. We assess ball mastery, coordination, movement patterns, and decision-making to identify gaps immediately. Players are introduced to foundational habits like proper touches, body positioning, and scanning. The goal is to create clarity on what they need and show them exactly how we’re going to improve it.
transition from learning skills to applying them consistently in game scenarios. We refine decision-making, speed of play, and awareness. At this stage, players are more confident, more composed on the ball, and capable of competing at a higher level. Continued training focuses on sharpening strengths and eliminating remaining weaknesses to push them toward advanced play.
This is where real progress starts showing. Players develop sharper ball control, faster reactions, and better confidence in 1v1 situations. Training becomes more game-realistic with pressure, movement, and decision-making. We begin connecting technical skills to actual game situations so players stop playing robotic and start playing intelligently.
Sessions become structured and targeted. Players start building consistency with core skills like dribbling under control, clean passing technique, and receiving with purpose. We introduce simple decision-making scenarios so they begin to understand when and why to use each skill. Early habits are corrected fast so they don’t build bad patterns.
