About your soccer coach

I help serious soccer players (ages 6–16) develop elite-level skills, game IQ, and physical performance. I’ve coached at youth, club, collegiate, and professional levels, working with athletes who want real results. My training is detailed, intense, and built around how players actually perform in games. If your child is committed to improving, I provide a clear plan, accountability, and measurable progress every session.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first session is an evaluation, not a random workout. We assess ball mastery, coordination, movement patterns, and decision-making to identify gaps immediately. Players are introduced to foundational habits like proper touches, body positioning, and scanning. The goal is to create clarity on what they need and show them exactly how we’re going to improve it.
Lesson 11+ transition from learning skills to applying them consistently in game scenarios. We refine decision-making, speed of play, and awareness. At this stage, players are more confident, more composed on the ball, and capable of competing at a higher level. Continued training focuses on sharpening strengths and eliminating remaining weaknesses to push them toward advanced play.
Lesson 4-10This is where real progress starts showing. Players develop sharper ball control, faster reactions, and better confidence in 1v1 situations. Training becomes more game-realistic with pressure, movement, and decision-making. We begin connecting technical skills to actual game situations so players stop playing robotic and start playing intelligently.
Lesson 2-3Sessions become structured and targeted. Players start building consistency with core skills like dribbling under control, clean passing technique, and receiving with purpose. We introduce simple decision-making scenarios so they begin to understand when and why to use each skill. Early habits are corrected fast so they don’t build bad patterns.

Advanced training plan
Your first lessonThe first session is a full performance evaluation. We analyze technical execution, decision-making speed, and game habits under pressure. Players are introduced to how our system works including video analysis, coaching calls, and weekly performance tracking. The goal is to identify exactly what is holding them back from the next level and build a clear plan to fix it.
Lesson 11+At this stage, players are refining details that most overlook. We focus on consistency, decision-making under pressure, and mastering their role on the field. Continuous video feedback, nutrition coaching, and performance tracking ensure players are improving both on and off the field. The expectation is simple: perform at a higher level consistently and compete with confidence against top players.
Lesson 4-10This is where separation happens. Players are now training in realistic, high-pressure scenarios that force faster decisions and cleaner execution. Video analysis becomes a major tool to break down real game moments and correct habits. Weekly check-in forms are used to track performance and identify patterns. Players also gain access to coaching calls where we cover tactical understanding, nutrition, and performance habits that directly impact their game.
Lesson 2-3Training becomes highly specific to the player. Sessions focus on position-based actions, decision-making in tight spaces, and speed of play. Players begin receiving structured feedback through video analysis and are expected to start applying corrections immediately. We establish standards for intensity, focus, and accountability.

Youth players
Working with kidsSessions are structured to keep kids engaged while still building real skill. We focus on simple, repeatable fundamentals like ball control, coordination, and confidence on the ball. Activities are designed to be fun but purposeful, so players are always learning without losing focus. We limit long explanations and prioritize demonstrations and repetition so kids can develop proper habits early.

Working with teenagersTraining becomes more demanding, detailed, and game-focused. We emphasize decision-making, speed of play, and position-specific development. Players are held accountable for their performance through video analysis, coaching calls, and weekly check-ins. At this stage, the focus shifts from just improving skills to performing consistently in real game situations and preparing for higher levels of competition.

What you need to bringPlayers must bring their own ball, proper cleats, shin guards, and water. Showing up prepared is part of the standard. Players are expected to take training seriously, and having their own equipment allows for more repetitions and better development. Optional but recommended: a small notebook or phone to track key feedback and apply what’s taught outside of sessions.

What I can bringAll sessions are fully equipped and structured. I provide training cones, agility ladders, mini hurdles, resistance bands, and multiple balls to ensure high-repetition, high-quality training. Equipment is used intentionally to improve footwork, speed, coordination, and game-realistic movements. I also incorporate tools like reaction lights (when available) and structured setups that simulate real match situations, not just drills.
