Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWill be about getting to know the player and seeing what level they are currently at. We focus on comfort with the ball, basic movement, and understanding their strengths and areas to improve.
Lesson 11+Will be more personalized based on the player’s progress and goals. Focus shifts to refining technique, playing under pressure, and applying skills in real game scenarios.
Lesson 4-10Will focus on developing consistency and confidence with the ball. Sessions include dribbling with purpose, passing, shooting, and simple decision-making in game-like situations.
Lesson 2-3Will build off the first lesson by working on basic ball control, dribbling, and coordination. Emphasis is on repetition, confidence, and using both feet.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonWill focus on getting to know the player and evaluating their technical ability, game understanding, and strengths. This session helps set expectations and identify specific areas to improve.
Lesson 11+Will be fully tailored to the player’s position and goals. Focus is on high-intensity training, game IQ, confidence, and preparing the player to perform at a higher level.
