Beginner training plan
Your first training sessionThe first session is all about getting comfortable with the ball and having fun. I’ll evaluate your current skill level while teaching the fundamentals like dribbling, passing, receiving, and proper technique. We’ll set goals together and build confidence from day one.
Training Session 2-3We’ll build on the basics by improving ball control, footwork, passing accuracy, and first touch. Players will begin learning simple moves, change of direction, and game awareness through fun drills designed to develop confidence and consistency.
Training Session 4-10Players can expect more advanced skill development, including dribbling under pressure, finishing, defending, positioning, speed and agility, and decision-making. Sessions become more game-like and are personalized to the player’s goals and preferred position.
Training Session 11+Training becomes fully customized to the player’s strengths, weaknesses, and long-term goals. We’ll focus on advanced techniques, match scenarios, position-specific training, confidence, and preparing for games, club soccer, or school tryouts while continuing to sharpen overall skills.
