Your first lessonThe first lesson is often a measure of where you might be and things that you will want to focus on. We will start with the fundamentals to ensure you have a strong foundation to build upon as we progress.
Lesson 2-3The next lessons will include a progression to higher level training depending on the growth of the individual and their skill set. Continued focus on fundamentals will be implemented with a incorporation of high level skills to help increase performance.
