Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI learn what skills they already understand, and then create a plan to help them address the gaps in their skill level. We will start easy and progress as they master the easier skills.
Lesson 2-3A beginner after lesson 1 can expect to practice the same movements and skills, and progress into a slightly more difficult skill once they’ve shown proficiency.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonFor advanced players, I’ll focus on higher level skills like change of speed, directional first touches, settling balls out of the air, and finishing shots in the corners.
Youth players
Working with kidsI adapt the drills to make them more fun and engaging. There will be contests and other games. However we will still work on specific fundamental skills needed to play on high levels.
Working with teenagersI make them more intense and mentor them as people also. Asking them about their soccer goals and how they can improve. Then implement drills that work on those specific skills.
