Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson focuses on building comfort, confidence, and evaluating the player’s current level. We introduce ball control, dribbling, passing basics, coordination, and simple game habits in a fun positive environment.
Lesson 2-3Players begin building consistency with their touches, passing technique, movement, and basic decision making. Sessions remain encouraging while introducing more challenge and structure each week.
Lesson 4-10Players can expect noticeable growth in confidence, coordination, ball mastery, first touch, and game awareness. Training becomes more detailed with age appropriate drills that improve real match performance.
Lesson 11+Players continue progressing through a long term development plan based on their goals. Sessions adapt as they improve, focusing on stronger technique, faster decisions, confidence under pressure, and continued love for the game.
