Beginner training plan
Your first lessonGet to know them. Ask them questions how long have them been playing? Do they have long term goals? What positions do they play? Are they competitive? Then perform an analysis of their footwork and dribbling.
Lesson 11+Brining it all together. Have they improved on dribbling, passing, and turning.
Lesson 4-10Turning and passing better. Using Republic curriculum on how to pass and move.
Lesson 2-3Seeing them dribble with more control and learning to dribble with their head up and looking to pass to a teammate.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonWhat levels have they played at the advance level? Have they increased or decreased in dribbling, passing, and turning.
Lesson 11+Asking them if they want to get ready for the high school or college level or just want to keep playing as they get older. Teaching them coaching philosophies about having a better performance mindset.
Lesson 4-10The intensity for advance training would be more intense by using timed trials. How fast can they move between the cones for time. Can they perform under pressure.
Lesson 2-3Using college level drills that can increase their speed, agility, and quickness. Controlling the ball better using small touches.
