Beginner training plan
Your first lessonMy first lessons always start with me seeing what your capable of. That includes skills and knowledge of soccer. Also going over what position you’re interested in playing.
Lesson 2-3Putting all your skill to the test. Passing drills, dribbling drills, ladder drills, and shooting drills.
Youth players
Working with kidsMost kids are either just starting to play soccer or know some knowledge of the sport. I will always make sure kids get the very basic fundamentals down of soccer. It’s the most important thing to get better.
Working with teenagersWhen working with teenagers most know how the sport works so my next goal is to teach them how to see the game before they receive the ball. Knowing what to do before you even receive the ball plays a big role when you end up playing at a higher level.
What you need to bringBring cleats, shin guards, and water.
What I can bringI will provide balls, goals, cones, and ladder.
