Beginner training plan
Your first lessonPhase 1: Build the Foundation Confidence Starts with Ball Control We begin by evaluating your child’s current level and strengthening their technical base. First touch, ball control, balance, coordination, and attacking confidence are developed immediately. When a player becomes comfortable with the ball, their confidence changes — and so does their performance.
Lesson 11+The Result Players leave this program: • More confident with the ball • More intelligent in their decisions • Physically sharper • Mentally stronger • Better prepared for competitive play If you are serious about your players growth — not just participation — this program provides the structure and standards needed to elevate their game.
Lesson 4-10Phase 3: Leadership & Competitive Maturity Developing the Complete Athlete In advanced sessions, we focus on: • Communication and leadership • Resilience when facing adversity • Tactical understanding • Accountability and discipline Your child doesn’t just become more skilled — they become more confident, responsible, and competitive.
Lesson 2-3Phase 2: Apply Skills to Real Game Situations Thinking Faster. Playing Smarter. From Sessions 3–10, your child learns how to apply their skills in real match scenarios: • Smarter positioning • Faster decision-making • Better passing and movement • Composure under pressure • Transition awareness (offense to defense) This is where players begin to stand out during games — not just in practice.

Advanced training plan
Your first lessonWeek 1: High-Performance Assessment & Standard Setting Theme: Expose the Gaps Week 1 is not light. It is diagnostic and demanding. Focus: • Technical speed under pressure • Weak foot efficiency • 1v1 dominance (both sides of ball) • Tactical scanning habits • Acceleration mechanics • Competitive mindset under fatigue Advanced Drills: • Two-Touch Pressure Grid – Limited space, live defenders • 5-Second Counter Press Simulation • Fatigue-to-Finish Sprint Series • Scan-Call-Play Drill (must identify cue before receiving) Objective: Identify performance ceilings and immediately raise intensity expectations. Advanced players leave knowing: This is different.
Lesson 11+Week 11+: Leadership & Performance Optimization Theme: Separate From the Pack Now we refine elite traits. Focus: • Match scenario simulations (up a goal, down a goal) • Leadership command in live play • Self-analysis & film breakdown (if applicable) • Performance benchmarking • Individualized positional mastery Advanced Challenges: • Captain’s Command Round (player leads shape & communication) • Last 5 Minutes Scenario Training • Pressure Penalty & Finishing Series • Performance Review & Advancement Plan End Goal: The athlete competes with intelligence, composure, and authority. They are no longer just skilled — they are dependable under pressure.
Lesson 4-10Weeks 4–10: Elite Game Application Phase Theme: Control the Game This is where advanced players separate themselves. Training mirrors match intensity and cognitive demand. Technical Refinement • Precision finishing under heavy pressure • Long-range distribution & switches • First-touch directional play in tight windows Tactical Advancement • Positional rotations • Pressing triggers & defensive shape • Breaking compact defenses • Managing tempo Physical Demands • Repeat sprint ability • Reaction agility with ball • Strength in duels Psychological Edge • Composure after mistakes • Leading communication • Competitive dominance Elite Drills: • 2v2 Continuous War (Winner Stays On) • Overload Transition Games (4v3, 5v4) • Press Trap Simulation • End-of-Session Fatigue Scrimmage Development Outcome: Player becomes tactically mature, physically sharper, and mentally composed in real match scenarios. They don’t just play fast — they control the rhythm.
Lesson 2-3Weeks 2–3: Technical Speed & Decision Acceleration Theme: Faster Brain, Faster Feet Now we sharpen execution at game tempo. Emphasis: • One-touch combinations at speed • Playing forward under pressure • Breaking lines with purpose • Transition explosiveness • Defending in space Signature Drills: • Third-Man Release Pattern • 4v2 High-Speed Rondo Progressions • Directional 1v1 to 2v2 Transition Drill • Explode-Scan-Execute Circuit Development Goal: Player begins making quicker, cleaner decisions in chaotic environments.

Youth players
Working with kidsHow I Work With Kids (Ages 6–12) With younger players, development must be structured — but also positive and engaging. My goal is to build love for the game while building strong fundamentals. My Approach: 1. Confidence First I create an encouraging environment where mistakes are part of learning. Kids grow when they feel supported. 2. Fundamentals Over Flash We focus heavily on ball control, coordination, and basic decision-making. Strong foundations create long-term success. 3. High Energy, High Engagement Sessions are active, competitive, and fun — but still structured and purposeful. 4. Clear Simple Language I teach in ways kids understand. Short instructions. Demonstrations. Repetition. 5. Character & Respect We teach effort, listening, teamwork, and sportsmanship alongside skill development. The Result: Kids leave more confident, more skilled, and excited to play — not burned out or overwhelmed.

Working with teenagersHow I Work With Teenagers (Ages 13–18) Teenagers need more than instruction — they need respect, challenge, and accountability. At this stage, I coach them like emerging athletes, not little kids. My Approach: 1. Honest Communication I speak to them directly and clearly. I explain why we’re doing certain drills so they understand the purpose behind the work. 2. High Standards + Ownership I expect effort, focus, and discipline. I hold them accountable — but I also teach them how to hold themselves accountable. 3. Game-Realistic Training Sessions are intense, realistic, and decision-based. We train at match speed because that’s where development happens. 4. Leadership Development Teen players are taught to communicate, organize, and lead. Confidence comes from responsibility. 5. Mental Toughness We work on composure under pressure, resilience after mistakes, and staying focused when the game gets difficult. The Result: Teen athletes become sharper decision-makers, stronger competitors, and more mature leaders — on and off the field.
