Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson is all about getting to know the skill level of the player as well as making sure it’s fun and engaging and something that the player would enjoy continuing.
Lesson 4-10Some new engaging drills to encourage the creativity of the player and make sure that they have a love for the game.
Lesson 2-3Working on some technical basics that will be the baseline for all other drills and skill sessions.
What you need to bringYou can bring a water bottle and soccer cleats. Bringing your own ball is optional.
What I can bringI have everything needed for a great session! I provide the balls, cones, hurdles, goals, etc.
