Your first lessonWe will learn basic first touch, appropriate form for passing and field awareness
Lesson 11+Full field awareness, enough conditioning to play a full game without being too tired, proper defense, what to do without the ball, what to do before getting the ball, long balls, short passes, knowledge of a bundle of plays on the spot etc
Lesson 4-10Maintain accuracy, conditioning, trapping the ball from the air, sending long balls, focus on different plays such as 1 2s and overlapping, shielding the ball, appropriate defense and how to approach, headers and other forms of trapping
Lesson 2-3We will build on strength, accuracy, shooting and dribbling
