Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI Begin with a dynamic warm-up, then move to basic drills focused on individual skills like passing and control, preferably in small groups or pairs. End the practice with fun, small-sided games and a cool-down.
Lesson 11+By the 11th practice we will be applying those skills in game-like scenarios and developing team-oriented tactics, strategies, and communication. Practices will maintain a challenging yet positive environment, integrating conditioning and advanced skill development while still reinforcing core fundamentals.
Lesson 4-10Progress from fundamental skills to more complex team concepts through a structure of warm-up, technical work, small-sided games, and full-sided scrimmages. Will focus on building a fun and positive environment while gradually increasing the difficulty and complexity of drills to improve individual technique and team tactics.
Lesson 2-3We will focus on building technical and tactical skills, including passing, dribbling, and possession, as well as developing fitness and decision-making. The second practice can build on the first by moving from individual technique to integrating skills in small-sided games, the third practice will incorporate tactical scenarios and competitive drills, such as finishing or playing through the thirds.
