Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWith Beginners I believe the first lesson should be understanding that soccer is all about having fun if you can’t have fun playing soccer then it’s not for you, so definitely playing some fun one on one games and teaching them that soccer is a fun sport
Lesson 11+This is a continuation of just being consistent and perfecting your game with me!
Lesson 4-10For Lessons 4- however many you keep coming to this is where we develop those sides of mental and physical and work on our ball work and work on our touch towards goal and work on our development to match the speed of play
Lesson 2-3For our lessons 2-3, we teach them about character development and what it takes to be a committed soccer player, having fun yes is one of them, but then comes in the physical and mental side of soccer.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonI get to know them and their aspirations about soccer, I ask what is it about soccer that makes them so interested? What are some goals they want to achieve in soccer? After a quick rundown we jump right into some technical work, soccer isn’t all about developing your quickness or your “power shot”, Soccer is more a mental sport than it is a physical one, so yes giving players a rundown and doing a bit of cone work with them at the start is a great way to start our lessons
Lesson 11+Lessons 11+ will be a continuation of perfecting your game and production allowing me to teach you more and more for both the physical and mental sides of soccer!
Lesson 4-104-10 is where we start to pickup the pace. Now that we understand all the mental side to soccer it’s time to develop that physical side to it, for we do drills that match the speed of play and develop our shot based on the lesson for the day. These are the lessons that we develop your game as a whole and give your game what I like to call a “Personality”
Lesson 2-3When we hope into your 2nd and 3rd lessons, We will be focusing a lot on your body language, cause that can tell whether your in it to win it or just there for the snacks after the game. So developing a good mindset and a good persona on the soccer player is key to being the best player on the field
Youth players
Working with teenagersI adapt my lessons by not only giving them the realistic rundown to what soccer is about, bug I also teach them the technical side to soccer, mentally, and physically

What I can bringI will be bringing cones, mini goals, pennies, and freekick dummies if necessary
