What you need to bringCome ready to work. You'll need cleats, shin guards, and plenty of water. If you have your own soccer ball, bring it (size 4 for ages 8-12, size 5 for teens/adults). Wear standard, weather-appropriate athletic gear. If we ever train indoors or on a hard court, make sure to bring flat indoor shoes.
What I can bringI provide all the necessary field equipment: cones, agility ladders, bibs, and pop-up goals based on our session plan. I also bring plenty of soccer balls, but it never hurts to have your own.
