The lesson with Gina started on time and really focused on Baen’s goals, covering some useful skills he wanted to work on. She was considerate in bringing drinks so he could stay hydrated when needed. Honestly, I’d say it was quite productive and a good foundation for future lessons. If you're into soccer lessons that stay consistent, Gina's a solid choice to try out.

Ben was just getting into soccer and wanted to play forward, he struggled at first but Gina helped introduce him into other postions. He fell in love with defensive and is playing rec for a little before we get him into club!

Hi, this is kallie’s mom, Erin.Gina was absolutely great, she didn’t only teach her soccer she taught her how to have fun. She always was excited to go and just had fun like a kid should, but also learned the basics like dribbling, passing and shooting. Kallie was a beginner but got the basics down pretty fast. She always had a smile going to play. Gina was also overall sweet, for her young age, she worked well with my daughter and even when she failed she always encouraged her to get back up.

GoalKeeper and defense lessons, worked really well, and got a stronger foot through out the process, not only does she work on skills she helps mindset as well, gives tips on what to look for and how to play is correctly mentally as-well as physically !
Beginner training plan
Your first lessonAs a beginner, being comfortable with who is teaching you helps them become more confident and more likely to be comfortable to listen. We would start of everyday with a conversation about there day or any questions etc. The first lesson would be more talking letting them know the game , and hearing words that would be used throughout training.
Lesson 11+As you move forward learning. The goal is to not only make you just confident in playing, but in yourself as well. Soccer just isn’t a physical game but also a mental game.
Lesson 4-10As lessons move forward the more, we will get to shooting and more complicated styles of play. That is taught going onto intermediate style of play. Everything will not just he explained in words but also, actions showing.
Lesson 2-3Conditioning, but not alot, always starts off training with stretches. Dribbling and understanding there postion. As well as passing and footwork.
Youth players
Working with kidsMy main goal isn’t for them to just grow but also have fun. Having fun lets them loose and be able to grow more!
Working with teenagersA little stricter teaching styler. But still wanting them to have fun in playing the game. Soccer isn’t just a physical sport but also a mental sport. Having fun at times clears the head !
What you need to bringHi, if you could bring sneakers and cleats. As well as a shirt preferably dry fit, and athletic shorts.
What I can bringI can bring cones, and balls. As well has conditioning equipment and training equipment!
