Beginner training plan
Your first training sessionFirst Lesson is all about getting down the basics to first understand what different types of actions are done in a football game such as passing, dribbling, shooting, and defending.
Training Session 2-3The second and third lesson will consist of some more basics to constantly improve and then slowly start building towards some more in depth actions such as ball control, agility, balance, and speed.
Training Session 4-10Lessons 4-10 will consist of ball movement on and off the ball while scanning the field. Moving confidently on the ball while learning skill moves that are very effective and easy in game. Constant shooting with different variables to make it more difficult. Training on different types of shots whether it is from outside or inside the box. We will be working on constant ball control to improve that first and second touch when it comes to passing or shooting.
Training Session 11+The remaining lessons will consist of perfecting those prioritized skills and adding challenges to see just where the improvement is needed.
