Your first trainingFind out from parent/athlete what he or she is wanting to work on. Get to know athletes.
Training 2-3Start working into what athlete wants to work on. Keep progressing as we meet for sessions.
Training 4-10Advance on what skill we are working on. Add more into the skill sing we are mastering.
Training 11+Add on to the schools. Set up situations on when we will use the school. Challenge athlete.
