Beginner training plan
Your first lessonSimple actions like ball handling and short passing. Foot and ball coordination and movement.
Lesson 11+Real life play/ scrimmage. Improve on shot taking or shot stopping.
Lesson 4-10Longer range passing and intense ball movement. Work on shooting with power and accuracy.
Lesson 2-3Short range accuracy to goal, also work on ball skills and technique.
