Beginner training plan
Your first lessonBefore my first lesson, if possible, I always work to get a since of where a player is actually beginning. Some beginners have actually been around the game in some form or fashion.
My first lesson consists of making an accurate assessment of player’s current touch: control & maneuverability of the ball balanced by assessing their current level of basic physical ability. I am able to modify training to a variety skill and physical abilities.
I also ask parents and players what their goals concerning soccer are.
Lesson 2-3Once we know goals and basic ability & skill level, we proceed with achieving those goals by sharpening fundamental skills/form & function of: passing/receiving; dribbling, shooting.
Lesson 3 and lesson following gets even more specific with player/family goals, continued polishing fundamental skills, and adding adequate challenges to enhance player ability.
Advanced training plan

Lesson 2-3Second lesson is a fast paced session combining some of the basics previously worked on in the initial assessment as well as some new challenges including added pressure and tighter spacing within drills.

What I can bringCones, hurdles, ladders/speed training equipment, and pop-up goal. I also bring adequate shading for sessions on days where such is necessary.
