Beginner training plan
Your first trainingI start by getting to know the player and understanding their goals and experience level. We begin with a fun warm-up and basic ball exercises to make them comfortable. I focus on fundamentals such as dribbling, ball control, passing, and coordination while building confidence and making sure the player enjoys the experience
Training 2-3We continue developing the fundamentals while introducing more structured drills. Players will work on dribbling, passing, receiving the ball, shooting, and basic movement. I gradually increase the difficulty while keeping the sessions fun, positive, and encouraging.
Training 4-10Players will build on the skills learned in the earlier sessions and begin applying them in more game-like situations. We will work on ball control under pressure, passing combinations, shooting, 1v1 situations, positioning, decision-making, and overall confidence with the ball.
Training 11+At this stage, the focus is on continuing to develop technical skills while improving game awareness and decision-making. Training becomes more personalized based on the player's strengths and areas for improvement, with more realistic game situations and challenges to help them become a confident, well-rounded player. ⚽️
Youth players
Working with kidsI make lessons fun, engaging, and age-appropriate while keeping the focus on learning and development. I use simple instructions, fun games, and activities that keep kids active and interested. I’m patient and encouraging, and I adjust the training based on each child’s skill level, personality, and confidence.
