Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe will start with assessing the different types of abilities that you have when it comes to the basics of soccer (dribbling, passing, skill moves, technique m, etc. ) We will go through basic drills that asses the abilities of the player.
Lesson 11+These lessons will focus completely on the player and what they choose to work on. From scanning, crossing and finishing, skill moves, speed and agility, these trainings will be hyper focused on certain skills to develop on the pitch
Lesson 4-10These lessons will be really focused on mastering dribbling, passing, scanning the field, and other aspects of the game. It will test your knowledge and player development. We will be focusing on certain parts of your game that you’d like to master.
Lesson 2-3These next lessons will focus on what the player wants to improve in their game. These will begin to focus on enhancing technique, getting comfortable with me as your coach, and getting comfortable on the ball.
