Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIn the first session I focus on getting to know the player, evaluating their current level, and building confidence. We work on basic ball control, coordination, and simple passing while keeping the session fun and positive.
Lesson 11+At this stage we continue developing technical skills while adding more advanced drills, game-like situations, and position-specific training to help the player grow and perform better in matches.
Lesson 4-10During these sessions we focus on improving technical skills, ball control, shooting technique, and basic decision-making. The player will start gaining more confidence and understanding of the game.
Lesson 2-3Players will begin developing fundamental skills such as dribbling, passing, and first touch. We introduce simple drills and exercises that help improve coordination, technique, and comfort with the ball.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonIn the first session I evaluate the player’s technical level, strengths, and areas for improvement. We work on ball control, first touch, passing accuracy, and movement with the ball while setting clear goals for future sessions.
Lesson 11+At this stage the focus shifts to high-level development. Sessions include position-specific training, advanced decision-making, speed of play, and match-like drills designed to help the player perform at a higher competitive level.
