Youth players
Working with kidsTo better serve the players specific needs, I will start with some basic drills to slightly more advanced drills. Then come up with a training plan for the player.
Working with teenagersTo better serve the players specific needs, I will start with some basic drills to slightly more advanced drills. I will also ask the player what areas they want to improve on and what their goal is. Then come up with a training plan for the player.
