About your soccer coach
I am a PE teacher and soccer coach who enjoys helping soccer players stay active and build confidence. I have experience coaching in both the United States and Egypt, which gave me a broader perspective on working with different students. I believe in creating fun, structured, and supportive sessions that encourage teamwork and personal growth.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson focuses on getting to know the player’s level and building comfort with the ball. We start with a light warm-up, individual ball control, and basic dribbling exercises. I also include fun one-on-one activities to build confidence and coordination.
Lesson 11+By lesson eleven, the focus is on advanced skill development and consistency. The player practices speed, agility, finishing, and game awareness. Sessions include personalized drills and performance challenges to improve confidence and overall game performance.
Lesson 4-10Lesson four focuses on combining skills. The player works on dribbling with direction, passing accuracy, and basic shooting. We introduce simple decision-making situations and small challenges to build confidence and control.
Lesson 2-3In lessons two and three, we continue improving ball control and introduce passing techniques, movement, and basic decision-making. The player practices personalized drills and finishes with small challenges to apply skills in a fun way.
