Unlocking athletic potential on the soccer field is my passion. With 11 years of experience, I'm dedicated to fostering a love for the sport while developing technical skills and strategic gameplay. My experiences through soccer have led me to play for the El Salvador Women's National Team, and scoring at CONCACAF World Cup Qualifiers and currently for SFU's Women's Soccer Team.

Beginner training plan
Your first trainingIntroduce myself to players and parent/guardian. Ask how they are, maybe their favourite team or player. Shift into a warmup, then maybe into some ladder work to work on coordination. Then into some passing, one touch, two touch, and maybe some technical like step overs and skills to see where the players abilities are at. At the end, move into some simple shooting for accuracy.
