Beginner training plan
Your first lessonMy goal is to make playing soccer fun and enjoyable for the player. I will teach in a positive and supportive environment. The first training will be designed to familiarize the player with the basic skills of soccer. I welcome questions and feedback from both the player and parent.
Lesson 11+Lessons 11+ will continue to challenge the player with their dribbling, passing, shooting, and understanding of the game. The focus will also work on strengthening a player’s weaknesses including; a player’s less dominant foot, and specific area they need to focus on including shooting or trapping a ball. I will also talk and work on techniques to improve situational awareness in a game,
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4-10 will continue to build on the basics in a faster and more challenging environment. New skills will be introduced that will continue to advance a player’s abilities and understanding of the game to match the intensity of a real game.
Lesson 2-3Lesson 2-3 will continue to grow from the basic skills learned in lesson one. My As the player grows more confident and comfortable with the basics I will add more skills for them to build on.
Youth players
Working with kidsI want to make playing soccer fun, positive, and enjoyable for the kids. I’ve learned a lot from coaching and training both of my sons who played competitive soccer for many years. I look forward to bringing my love for the game to your player.
Working with teenagersI want to make coaching your teenager a fun, positive, and enjoyable experience. I will offer skills and drills that will build on the playing level that they’re at. I will also ask questions from them to learn about what areas we can focus on to improve their overall performance on the pitch/field.
