Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first training will be an evaluation for technique, skills, and athleticism. For the first lesson we will also figure out a short term or long term plan for goals and how to achieve those goals (how many trainings, how many hours, also nutrition and other key factors)
Lesson 11+We will then move forward into more advanced skills, tactics, positioning, etc.
Lesson 4-10We will continue to build on the basics and foundational requirements.
Lesson 2-3Based off evaluation from the first lesson, we will then move into primary focus (determined by the first lesson) whether we need to focus more on agility, strength, skill, etc.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.
