Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI will get to know you first and see what level you are at or what you want to work on. From there we will start out with either the basics or whatever is needed at the moment.
Lesson 2-3In the next few sessions we will begin to progress whatever we chose to work on.
Lesson 4-10From there we can start to do the harder things in the skills you chose to work on.
Lesson 11+In the later sessions we will start to perfect these skills and make them a habit not just a reaction.
