Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first training plan is to focus on the fundamentals skills like dribbling passing shooting and ball control

Youth players
Working with teenagersFirst of all I'll make sure the kids are having fune with a ball. I'll show them the concept of red light and green light. Red light means you trap the ball, while green light means you pass the ball of shoot the ball. I believe the kids will have enough fun with my coaching experience of 20 years
What you need to bringStudent only needs to bring their traning cleats and shin guard.
